Did ya see, did ya see?! I'm a finalist on Food52! My original recipe made it to the top two for the buffalo mozzarella contest! The post below is my version, and see theirs above. Now is the time when the public can vote: so go here and cast your vote! At stake: a gift certificate from Whole Foods so I can cook up more summer delights to share with you!
( Just between you and me, the mere fact that Amanda Hesser and Merrill Stubbs even made a recipe I came up with was enough to make me squeal with delight! eeeee!)
