Stracciatella Soup

The bf has had the sniffles for what seems like a month straight. One day when we were in Rome he ordered this soup and said he felt like a new man. So naturally when the sniffles continued stateside, he requested it again. It's an egg drop type soup that I sorta made up as I went along but I have to say it turned out to be quite heartwarming and did the trick again, well, at least momentarily.
